Parent–Teacher Partnership
We work together with parents and guardians in the development of the child. Every morning when a child is dropped in the school the parent or guardian is expected to inform the teacher on the condition of the child and any other information the caregiver/teacher will need for the better care of the child. At the close of each day, when necessary, a Care Report is placed in each child’s bag for the attention of the parent or guardian. The daily report gives a brief account of the condition in which the child came to school, his/her conduct or behavior during the day, observations the teacher/caregiver might have made during the day and any other matter that requires the attention of the parent or guardian. Parents or guardians are therefore required to always read the Care Report and respond to it accordingly.
We are committed to monitor the progress of pupils constantly through observation and assessments. Parents are always welcome to discuss their ward’s profile reports as well as join in bonding activities. Parents should however book appointment with the schools administration to avoid interruption of class/school activities. A progress/transition record is prepared at the end of every academic year and passed on to your child’s new class teacher to aid smooth transition.
